A ‘green’ building is a building that, in its design, construction or operation, reduces or eliminates negative impacts, and can create positive impacts, on our climate and natural environment. Green buildings preserve precious natural resources and improve our quality of life.

Developing a logo for a green building company was a fun challenge. It was important that this brand reflect the beliefs  conservation and sustainability held by the founder. It was also essential that this brand be clear, concise, and simple.  As a construction company, being fussy was not a priority. The logo for ECO Tahoe (or Ecological Construction Offices Tahoe) communicates these sentiments in the green used to demonstrate sustainability and the blue that reflects the waters of Lake Tahoe.
